Hey everyone, today I am reviewing Forest Essentials Kokum Butter & Honey Lip Balm. I have already reviewed Forest Essentials Sugared Rose Lip Balm, which I really liked.
Packaging : The lip balm comes in a cute transparent jar with a golden screw cap. The packaging is sturdy & compact and you can easily carry it along with you.
What I Liked about Forest Essentials Kokum Butter & Honey Lip Balm :
- The lip balm has a soft buttery texture, it is like the solid form of the coconut oil.
- It has a coconut oil kind of fragrance which is not overpowering though.
- It is very lightweight and doesn’t feel waxy or oily on the lips.
- It instantly hydrates my dry, chapped lips and makes my lips soft & glossy.
- I prefer to use this lip balm in the night. I suggest to use it before going to bed as it will provide intense moisturization to dry, flakey lips and you will wake up in the morning with soft and supple lips.
- It is the blend of some amazing natural ingredients like kokum butter, honey, beeswax, cocoa butter and almond oil.
- It is 100 % natural and no petroleum is used to make FE lip balms.
- It is free from harmful chemicals like Parabens, SLS.

What I Dis-liked about Forest Essentials Kokum Butter & Honey Lip Balm :
- Tub packaging is unhygienic to use.
- You need to re-apply this lip balm after 2-3 hours.
- I don’t like its weird fragrance and taste.
- Very expensive (Rs.595 for just 5g :( ).
- It has the shelf life of 12 months, but the sad part is, it needs to be used within 3 months once opened.
