Lakme Absolute Face Stylist Compact Review – 01 Ivory Fair

Hey everyone, today I’m reviewing the Lakme Absolute Face Stylist Compact in shade 01 Ivory Fair. I bought this compact along with the foundation from the same range (click to read the review of Lakme Absolute Stylist foundation). Lakme Absolute Face Stylist Compact is available in 6 shades – Golden Light, Almond Honey, Golden Medium, Rose Fair, Beige Honey and Ivory Fair.

Packaging : Lakme Absolute Face Stylist Compact comes in a sleek, circular black pan with a flip cap and a good quality mirror is attached with the cap. The packaging looks very classy and is very convenient to use at the same time. A slim makeup puff is also provided with the compact for touch-ups.

Texture : The pan contains a finely ground pressed powder that has a silky, smooth texture. It spreads easily on the skin and blends effortlessly.

Performance : I use the shade 01 Ivory Fair which is a good match for my skin. The compact powder blends easily and feels very light on the skin. It gives medium coverage and hides minor imperfections. It sets foundation and BB/CC creams really well without giving heavy cakey look. It controls shine for long and keeps my t-zone oil-free for good 3-4 hours during the summers. This silky powder doesn’t clog pores nor does it accentuate dry areas.
