Hey everyone, today I’m reviewing my current favorite lipstick from the Lakme Absolute Sculpt Studio Hi-Definition Matte Lipstick range. Lakme launched this collection last year in 15 gorgeous shades of pinks, neutrals, browns, reds and corals.
Packaging: Lakme Absolute Sculpt Studio Hi-Definition Matte Lipstick comes in a metallic grey packaging with a clear cap. The lipstick bullet has a slanted, flat tip shape which looks quite modern. The shade name is given at the bottom of the packaging.
Price & Availability: The price of the Lakme Absolute Sculpt Studio Hi-Definition Matte Lipstick is Rs.700 for 3.7g. Lakme products are easily available at local beauty stores, Lakme counters and leading online shopping websites.
Efficacy: Lakme Absolute Sculpt Studio Hi-Definition Matte Lipstick is available in 15 vibrant colors and I chose the shade Plum Spell which is a gorgeous red color with plum undertones. Despite a matte lipstick, it glides smoothly on the lips without tugging. It has a good pigmentation and goes completely opaque with 2 coats and gives a true matte finish to the lips. It feels very comfortable on the lips and stays on my lips for up to 5 hours. Plus Spell is a gorgeous shade which is suitable for evening wear and parties. On the downside, it is not very creamy and has the tendency to accentuate dry patches on the lips, so make sure to exfoliate & moisturize lips properly before application.

How to apply:
Step 1: Pull out the cap.
Step 2: Start applying from the centre of your upper lip.
Step 3: Work from the centre towards the outer edges of your lip, following the contours of your mouth.
Step 4: Glide across the entire bottom lip.
