Hey everyone, today I am reviewing a yet another lipstick from Lakme Enrich Satins range. A few days back I reviewed Lakme Enrich Satins 146 shade, which I really liked. And today I am sharing my views about Lakme Enrich Satins lipstick in shade 161.
Packaging : The lipstick comes in a purplish brown plastic case with a metallic rim in the middle. The shade number is given at the top and bottom of the pack.
What I Liked about Lakme Enrich Satins Lipstick 161 :
- The shade 161 is a gorgeous neon pink color without any shimmer.
- The lipstick has a mild cosmetic fragrance like other Lakme lipsticks.
- It has a soft, smooth texture and glides effortlessly on the lips without tugging.
- It is decently pigmented and needs two swipes to cover your lips.
- 3-4 coats are good enough to hide the lip pigmentation.
- It imparts a nice pink color on my lips and sets into semi-matte finish.
- It stays on my lips for 2-3 hours with light drinks and snacks in-between. Then starts fading evenly and leaves a nice hint of pink color behind.
- It doesn’t feel very drying on the lips, but still I use to apply a lip balm underneath it.
- Its non-sticky formula feels very lightweight on the lips.
- The shade 161 will look good on medium to fair skin complexion.
- This lipstick is inexpensive and easily available at stores and online shopping websites.
- Lakme Enrich Satins Lipstick is available in 70 beautiful shades.
What I Disliked about Lakme Enrich Satins Lipstick 161 :
- It settles in the fine lines and easily accentuates the dry patches on the lips.
- Less moisturizing for dry lips, use of a good lip balm will help in smooth application.
- This particular shade will not suit everyone.
