Lotus Herbals Ecostay Lip Gloss - Sun Kiss G8 Review

Hello everyone, today I’m going to review my newly purchased lip gloss from Lotus Herbals. It is from the recently launched Ecostay range and called Lotus Herbals Ecostay Lip Gloss – Sun Kiss G8. Few days back I shared my Lotus Herbals haul that I bought online from Lotusherbals.com (Click here to view my lotus herbals haul) and it is one of the products that I bought. I’ve used this lip gloss 2-3 times and now sharing my views about it.

Packaging : The packaging is almost the same as of the Lotus Herbals Purestay range. It comes in a rectangular container with a mirror finish light peach color cap and a sponge tip applicator is attached to the cap. Shade is easily visible from outside and Lotus Herbals Ecostay Lip Gloss is written on it with silver letters. Shade name & number is mentioned at the bottom.

My Experience : I’m a big lip gloss & lip balms lover and always hoard them from different brands. I’ve tried few glosses from Lotus herbals Purestay range and they were quite amazing. So when I came to know about this Ecostay range I couldn’t resist myself from buying this gloss. This lip gloss is available in ten different shades named Darling Lavender G7, Iced Pink G2, Nude Love G10, Peach Pink G6, Pink Hyponotic G1, Plum Delight G5, Rose Bud G3, Sun Kiss G8, Vibrant Berry G9 and Vintage Rose G4. I picked this particular shade because I’ve loads of pink & peach color lip glosses and this time I was looking for some neutral shade.

As soon as I received my parcel the first thing that I did was, I picked up this gloss and applied it on my lips. And guess what, it is the exact shade that I was expecting and I’m more than happy to see it. It is a light golden brown color and has tiny shimmer particles in it, although they are not easily visible. It has a thick consistency and glides easily on lips. It feels a bit sticky in the beginning but, is for sure less sticky as compared to other lip glosses. It moisturizes my lips and gives natural looking lips with a tint of color. It has very mild fragrance and this is another reason by I’m liking this gloss. It neither bleeds nor settles in fine lines and fades equally from lips.

It stays on lips for 3-4 hours and touch-up is required after that. I’m using it on bare lips and it gives good pigmentation even in a single glide. You can also use it over matte lip sticks to make it stay for longer period of time. I think this is one shade, that every lady should have. It is best suitable on all skin tones and is an ideal shade for college & office going beauties. I don’t have pigmented lips and it gives nice coverage & shine to my lips. But I think, it might not be suitable for ladies with highly pigmented lips, as it doesn’t provide much coverage. But one can easily carry this shade over lip sticks.
