I placed an order on Monday afternoon and guess what they delivered it within 48 hrs, isn’t it amazing ! The first thing that I checked for is whether they deliver to my address or not? After this confirmation I just short listed few products, added them to cart and checked-out. Before placing the order, you have to register with them. Just enter your username which will be any unique name like if you are Riya sen then riyas or riyasen or riya123. Enter your email ID too. When you click on submit it will send you an email with your username and password (If a message comes that the username is already used then try some other username). Then login using the username/password that you will receive in email. Now you can confirm your order by entering the address details and making the payment. They accept credit & debit cards from almost all banks and also other forms of online payments like net banking, etc.. They offer COD (Cash on Delivery) option too for orders above Rs.250, which is amazing. As soon as I placed my order they sent me a mail on my registered e-mail ID for order confirmation. Lotusherbals.com is a very user-friendly website and they offer certain filters & the search option that makes the whole shopping experience very easy and comfortable.

I received my package today and all the products were placed inside a small carton. Each product was wrapped with a bubble sheet and all the products that I received are brand new with proper seals & tags. I give them 10/10 points for packaging & delivery. Initially, I was apprehensive about shopping from lotusherbals.com as most of the non-popular, brand-owned online shopping websites are quite slow in shipping and are also not very good in customer support. But since I had no other option as I did not get much time to visit the local Lotus Herbal store.
