Hey everyone, today I’m reviewing the Maybelline Baby Lips Candy Wow Lip Balm in the shade Cherry. Maybelline has recently launched this new range of Candy Wow lip balms in 5 shades – Raspberry, Mixed Berry, Orange, Cherry, and Peach.
Packaging: Maybelline Baby Lips Candy Wow lip balms come in chubby stick form with a retractable mechanism. The color-coded packaging makes it easier to identify the shade of the lip balm. The packaging is a little broader and longer in comparison to other Baby Lips variants.
Texture & Fragrance: Maybelline Baby Lips Candy Wow Cherry lip balm has silky smooth texture and it glides smoothly on the lips. It has a fresh berry fragrance which vanishes after a few minutes of application.
Shade & Pigmentation: The shade Cherry is a beautiful reddish pink color that will suit almost all skin tones. It has good pigmentation and it imparts a nice color on the lips with just two swipes.
Efficacy: Maybelline Baby Lips Candy Wow Cherry lip balm moisturizes the lips well for about 2 hours and then you need to reapply it. I find Candy Wow lip balm less hydrating than the original baby lips, so if you have extremely dry lips then it might disappoint you. Also, the quantity is very less and it’ll not last long when used 2-3 times a day.
