Online Shopping Experience with TATA CLiQ

Hey everyone, today I’m going to share my online shopping experience with TataCliQ.com. TATA CLiQ is a new online shopping store that is recently launched by the Tata group. Although they already have Croma Retail online/offline stores but it only deals in gadgets and home appliances. Whereas the new TataCliQ also sells international brand clothing and accessories along with the gadgets.

Reasons to shop from Tata CLiQ:

  • Trust of TATA group.
  • Tatacliq.com has very neat & clean layout design. It is very easy to navigate through the website with their user-friendly interface. A wide range of categories with filters and ‘search’ option make the shopping experience much more convenient.
  • You can easily register yourself at their website by entering email id and password. Soon after they send a registration confirmation email on the registered email id.
  • They offer a wide range of gadgets, home appliances, kitchen accessories, apparel, footwear and more from well known national & international brands.
  • Their key selling point is that they sell C.A.M.E.L.S. that is ‘Certified Authentic Merchandise Everybody Loves‘.
  • Order placement was very easy, I registered myself at their website by entering my email id and password. Next, I chose the products and added them to the cart. After that, I entered my address and made payment. They sent the order confirmation email on the registered email id and SMS on the registered mobile phone.
  • Payment can be made via debit/credit cards, net banking, COD option is also available. Payment can also be done via following cash cards/wallets : PayU Money and Paytm.
  • I received my package within a week in Delhi NCR. I think they need to improve on this. They do not have in-house courier service.
  • You will get exciting discount offers on every purchase.

    Worrst service.
    they don’t care for customers when called on their toll free number 1800 208 8282
    i emailed them but very poor response
    i ordered with them and given assure they will delivery in 4 days but it took them nearly 2 weeks
    i recommend but from else where but not from here

  2. tata cliq cheat people .. they are cheating .. low quality products … high rates not even care about costumer they just want earn money .. buy one top and only able to wear one time after that the clothe loos like size xxxl .. cheap quality

    Got Different from ordered.
    Called for Refund as below times
    39 Email = No Replay till date
    27 Chat = We’re will get back to you in 48 hours Till same replay
    Refund = No status very very bad support

    Fraud company Tatacliq don’t buy any products from them they are scammers.

  4. Tatacliq facq, frad, ecomerce site, never buy any electronic product on this site, they can’t return your order and only make foolish on call, no one connect with you in 48 hours

  5. Please think twice before making decision to buy through Tata cliq. The inflexible refund policy is not at all customer friendly compare to other major on line shopping.

    ZERO STARS

    I had ordered a panasonic LED tv from TATACLIQ on June 10th. The expected delivery date is committed as between 15 and 17th of June. Unfortunately my ordered is not delivered yet.

    I already called your customer care on june 11th and told them that there is some issue with my order at Bluedart. Some paperwork is pending from TATACLIQ because of which they are unable to ship the tv.

    The above issue is dragged till yesterday and some how the issue got resolved today i.e. on 18th, which is not at all acceptable.

    In between when I raised a compliant regarding this issue on June 15th, your customer care executive manisha told me that the issue is resolved but in reality the issue is still pending. Then why did you inform me that the issue is resolved?

    One more customer care executive called me from Tatacliq on the same day i.e. 15th june and told me that the order will be delivered on 15th. But till now, I didnt receive my order. Why you are giving false promises to the customer?

    On 18th june, i.e. today, when the issue is resolved finally, I called Bluedart people and asked them whether its possible to change the mode of delivery from Standard to Express mode so that the delay can be minimized. They agreed for the same and asked me to get a confirmation from TAYACLIQ regarding the same. When i called your supervisor, AMIR and informed him regarding the same, he told me that he will arrange for an EXPRESS DELIVERY. But again when i called him, he is telling that EXPRESS delivery is not possible as confimed by BLUEDART. But how come bluedart tell two different versions for the same order number?

    I am utterly disappointed with your services. I am the one who is doing all the follow up from the beginning and there is no proactive response from your team regarding the same.

    My whole purpose of buying this TV is to watch INDIA VS PAKISTAN MATCH which did not happen. So when my purpose is not served, what is the use in buying something.

    I lost trust on you people i.e. TATAS. Your service is so pathetic.

    I am utterly disappointed and feel ashamed for believing you people.( This is my 2nd worst experience with you people. when i bought an LG TV from you last year, it got delayed and not delivered as promised).

    Amazon is ready to deliver the same product by tomorrow 8 AM but you people are atleast not able to commit a fresh delivery date also.

    I SERIOUSLY DEMAND A COMPENSATION FOR THE DELAY OCCURED FROM YOUR END. When i asked your supervisor Amir regarding the same, there is no commitment on this either.

    I am now worried about my money that is spent on this product.

    As this is my 2nd worst experience with you people, I will never buy anything again from you people. You people lost all the trust and respect I had on TATA group.

    Also i will try to educate my peers, colleagues, friends and family regarding my experience with you people. I will ensure that they will not buy anything from TATA CLIQ.

    MY SOLE PURPOSE OF WATCHING THE WORLD CUP IN A BIG SCREEN IS DENIED DUE TO A MISTAKE DONE BY TATACLIQ. Thank you so much.

I had order vu tv 43inch delivery time is 3 to 4 days but i am not received on the delay from there end after delivery when open the product screen is damage i instantly reported but the mail me will get back to you within 48hrs after 2days i didnt get any call after i call i explain in brief same reply will get back to you so many c.c talk to me after a week i received a mail we can not take back the product its your fault i shock i complain to n.c.h also after complaining tata updated their that complain is solve case is closed from our end.now i file a complain to distric court i read review of tata cliq many of customer face this type of problem after checking many review i decided to case on tata cliq they cheated many people like us we need to do some things if we stop they full other ….
