Hi ladies, today I am reviewing a peel off mask from a brand YC (Yong Chin). I came across this product at Jabong.com and my love for peel-off masks forced me to buy it, so I bought it along with YC Avocado scrub. YC brand name was new for me so I goggled it to got more information about this brand. And only after reading positive reviews about this brand, I thought to gave a shot to YC (Yong Chin) Peel-Off Mask with Strawberry Extract. I have used this mask twice and now I am sharing my experience with this product.
Packaging : It comes in a white squeeze tube with flip open cap. There is a pink floral pattern drawn on the front side of the tube along with brand & product name. The packaging is quite sturdy and cap is secure enough thus no spilling of product.
My Experience : I picked this peel-off mask in-spite of knowing the fact that this brand is not so popular in India and even I haven’t heard its name before. I just love peel-off masks and never hesitate to use them from different brands. I have already reviewed my most favorite Everyuth Golden Glow Peel-off Mask. YC peel-off mask’s claim to maintains PH balance, deep cleans naturally and provides glowing beautiful skin are quite impressive. I have a combination skin with few acne scars and light pigmentation and it claims to peel away blemishes, so it was a must buy for me.
This peel-off mask has a very runny consistency with light pink color and it smells quite refreshing. I usually apply this mask after cleansing and exfoliating my skin. I really have a tough time to apply this mask because its runny consistency makes application quite messy. I advise to use this mask in wash room, as it is very difficult to control those droplets. I take small quantity at a time to control mess and then apply it evenly on my face & neck. Make sure to apply even layer which is neither too thin nor too thick, as this way mask dries evenly and is easy to peel-off.
It gives a mild sensation on face, but it does not stings even on my acne prone sensitive skin. After 15 mintues I peel it off and it comes out very easily. But make sure to not apply any peel off mask on facial hair, as it becomes very painful to remove it. I don’t found any need to wash my face after peeling this mask. And after that I applied my favorite aloe-vera massage cream. It does not makes my skin dry, even it hydrates skin and my skin feel soft & clear. It reduces excess oil, removes impurities and imparts a healthy glow on my skin. But as far as blemishes are concerned, it doesn’t reduces my acne scars or blemishes. I must say, it is quite decent peel-off mask which deep cleanses & moisturizes skin and is suitable for all sin types. I am looking forward to use this mask at-least once in a week.
